Needs for the PHC
Diapers – all sizes but 2, baby shampoo, lotion, powder, baby wash and diaper rash cream. We have a huge HOPE graduation coming up in February and will need baby bath tubs and diaper bags, baby towels and wash cloths, pacifiers and baby wipes.


Needs for Safe Haven
Safe Haven needs an AED (Automated External Defibrillator), 6 matching chairs or drafting stools and three 6 ft. tables for the craft room.

Ways for Volunteers to get involved

  • Cooking – Helping residents at Safe Haven cook a meal. This could be done by an individual or a few people. Weekly or monthly would be very beneficial.
  • Crafts – Teaching a craft to a resident a Safe Haven. This could be a one time or an ongoing project.
  • Intercessors - Praying and interceding on behalf of our residents and staff at Safe Haven. You may be called to immediately intercede for important issues that arise at Safe Haven.
  • Ministering to Houseparents – Staying with residents at Safe Haven when the Houseparents need to go somewhere or another resident needs to be tended to.
  • Relief Houseparents – Couples committing to one weekend every two months to stay with residents at Safe Haven. Hours are Friday, 9:00 a.m. – Sunday, 7:00 p.m.
